By placing an order with Tudor Games: you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms and conditions of the sale. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without any prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for changes each time they visit this site. Accepted Payments include PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and other major credit and debit cards. Payment by check or money order is acceptable for phone orders.
Processing time: Orders received and paid for by 10:00 AM Eastern Time Monday through Friday are normally processed and shipped on the same day (if item is in stock). Monday orders may not be processed on time due to the high weekend volumes that may be beyond our control. We apologize for any subsequent inconvenience. Please Note: If you live outside the continental United States (all international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), please email us for a shipping quote prior to making your purchase. Tudor Games is not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred as a result of an international shipment. The fees include but are not limited to duties and brokerage, and are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by the freight delivery company at the time of delivery.
Payments: When payment is made by credit card, your billing address must match the address your credit card company/bank has on file for your card. If the billing address does not match the address you supply when you make your purchase, your order will not ship until the billing address has been verified. Orders that are paid via PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses. The customer agrees to pay all shipping costs incurred by Tudor Games due to incorrect address information given at the time of purchase, and/or refusal of product upon delivery. We do not pay for return shipping on returned items.
Product Information: Although we try to have the most complete description possible, the information on this site is, out of necessity, condensed. Detailed specifications or other technical assistances are available upon request. We have gone to great lengths to verify that the picture is an exact representation of the product, however some pictures may vary due to recent product changes. We reserve the right to substitute any product or manufacturer for one of equal or greater quality, and or specifications without notice. Not all packaging is intended for retail purposes.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise, follow the instructions below.
- If you can visually see the product has been damaged, accept the shipment and inspect it thoroughly. Always document any product damaged on your bill, and have the driver initial the note to verify the problem. if possible. Contact your Parcel Carrier immediately with the tracking number(s). Your Parcel Carrier will handle your claim from this point on. Important note: Do not refuse the shipment or ship the product back to us at this time! Doing so will void any damage claim with your Parcel Carrier and with Tudor Games.
- All shipments are FOB origin at the Tudor Games warehouse. Tudor Games's obligation ends when the carrier picks up the product at our warehouse. The customer must make all damage claims to the carrier when allowed. If you can visually see that the product has been damaged in transit, make a notation on the Bill of Lading before signing it, and have the driver initial the note. It is also helpful if you can take a photograph of the damage. It is important to make your claim to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Please call the Tudor Games Customer Service department if you need further assistance in filing your claim

Warranty Policy
Contact us directly for all warranty claims. Tudor Games is not liable for product performance. Products are sold as-is with no other warranty, other than the original manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified.
Return Policy
- Replacements: We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, and construction is our priority. We inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any mistakes or damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
- Returns: We can accept unused, undamaged, complete products that were purchased from us directly for a refund if we receive your return within 60 days of your original date of purchase. You must include your original Tudor Games packing slip inside, and write your original order number clearly on the outside of the package in the following format: "RMA: (your original Order number)". Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, or other protective packaging. Make sure no old tracking labels are showing on your return package. Return it using either UPS, FedEx, or USPS at your expense. We do not pay shipping for returned items. Send your return to: Tudor Games Returns, 160 Strickland Drive, Roebuck, SC 29376. For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pick-up. For UPS or FedEx, take it to your nearest parcel shipping location. Write down your tracking number for future reference. Once your return is received, inspected, processed, and found in the condition referenced above we will refund the original purchase price of the item(s) returned.
Deductions for Returned Products: The customer will be charged for any item that is returned in a used or incomplete condition, i.e. stickers applied, clearly used product, missing product components etc. In the event that Tudor Games charges you for items missing and the items are returned within 7 days, you will be credited for the amount charged upon return of the missing items. Special Order items may not be returned/canceled.
Disputes: In connection with this transaction the purchaser agrees, by placing this order, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State courts in Spartanburg County, South Carolina for the resolution of any dispute arising out of this transaction and knowingly waive any objection to their exercise of jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute. Further, that the laws of the State of South Carolina shall apply to this transaction to the exclusion of that of other courts.
